NHS Prices

Band 1: £18.50   |   Band 2: £50.50   |   Band 3: £219

These are the only dental charges your dentist should ask you to pay when you are having NHS treatment. Given certain limitations with regard to what treatments can be done on the NHS, the cost of your treatments will fall into one of the following bands:

Band 1:

Urgent treatment (when you need to see a dentist immediately) as well as general treatments like examination, diagnosis (x-rays), advice on how to prevent future problems, and a scale and polish if needed, cost £18.50.

Band 2:

All treatments listed in Band 1 plus any further treatment, including fillings, root canals, and extractions, cost £50.50.

Band 3:

In addition to treatments covered by Bands 1 and 2, this also covers crowns and dentures. NHS treatments in Band 3 cost £219.

Private Prices

Private treatments are typically bespoke, making it difficult to provide a general cost estimate that applies to all patients. Each patient's needs are unique, and a similar procedure may require different materials across different patients. We aim to produce the best solution possible for our patients, at a reasonable cost.

We undertake to explain and discuss the range of options available to our patients, and help you determine which treatment option is best suited to your lifestyle and budget.

Before starting treatment, we can provide a full quotation based on the decided treatment path, to ensure that there are no surprises upon receiving your final bill. Please call our practice or talk to your dentist during your next visit if you have any questions about our fees. We are more than happy to help.
